James, III 407 Sixth Street Augusta, Georgia 30901 y AUGUSTA HOUSING AND NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT TO PROMISSORY NOTE ][)ATED JULY 31,1998 This Modification Agreement, made this date between BEAURINE WILKINS, Grantor (hereinafter "Borrower"), and AUGUSTA HOUSING AND NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT LOAN FUND, Grantee, (hereinafter "Lender"). WHEREAS; Borrower heretofore became indebted to Lender under the terms of a certain Note together with all prior modifications thereto; and terms of repayment of the indebtedness secured by the Deed to Secure Debt and any prior modifications thereto; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the acceptance of this Modification Note of even date, Borrower grants and Lender accepts the following modification terms. 1. The monthly payment of principal and interest is hereby reduced to $150.00 per month for a temporary reduction period of tweive months beginning July 1,2001, through June 1,2002. 2. The final payment of the entire indebtedness evidenced by said Note shall be extended to accommodate the reduction in prinCipal and interest. 3. James, III 407 Sixth Street Augusta, Georgia 30901 AUGUSTA HOUSING AND NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT TO SECURITY DEED REALTY REEL 605 PAGES 2134 TO 2139 This Modification Agreement, made this date between BEAURINE-WILKINS,Grantor (hereinafter "Borrower"), and AUGUSTA HOUSING AND NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT LOAN FUND, Grantee, (hereinafter "Lender"). WHEREAS, Borrower heretofore became indebted to Lender under the terms of a certain Promissory Note mentioned in the Deed to Secure Debt, referenced hereinabove together with all prior modifications thereto; and terms of repayment of the indebtedness secured by the Deed to Secure Debt and any prior modifications thereto; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the acceptance of the Modified Promissory Note of even date, Borrower grants and Lender accepts the following modification terms to the aforementioned Deed to Secure Debt: 1. The monthly payment of principal and interest is hereby reduced to $150.00 per month for a temporary reduction period of twelve months beginning July 1, 2001, through June 1, 2002. Any payment not received by the due date will cause the Borrower to e in default of this modification agreement, and the entire indebtedness shall immediately become due and payable, and shall be placed with an attorney for collection. 2. Commencing on the first day of July, 2002, and continuing on the first day of each month thereafter, the regular monthly payment as evidenced by the Promissory Note, the terms of . which are hereby incorporated in this modified agreement by reference shall be due and payable in equal monthly installments of prinicipal and interest until the entire indebtedness is fully paid. The final payment of the entire indebtedness evidenced by said Note shall be extended to accomodate the reduction in principal and interest. 3.
