AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT

THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, entered into this L day of , zemO by and
between the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Pr ection Div ion (hereinafter,
"EPD") and the Augusta-Richmond County Board of Commissioners (hereinafter, "GRANTEE").

WHEREAS, the parties hereto entered into an Agreement on or about July 21, 1998, (a copy of which is
attached hereto, incorporated herein and made a part hereof) to provide for scrap tire and solid waste
enforcement and education programs in Augusta-Richmond County; and,
WHEREAS, GRANTEE would like to modify the original budget to better reflect the amounts being
spent in each category, and
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises and other good and valuable
consideration set forth herein (the receipt and sufficiency of which is expressly acknowledged by each
party hereto) it is mutually agreed that the attached Agreement shall be modified in the following
manner:
1, Replace the original budget page with the attached" 1998 Reallocated Budget"
to incorporate, and make it a part of Exhibit "A" of the Agreement.
Except as specifically modified hereinabove, the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force
and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto, acting by and through their duly authorized
officers and agents, set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year first ,written above.
