L. 1982, p. 3941), as amended, particularly by an Act approved February 4,2002 (Ga. L. 2002, p. 3505), so as to provide for the compensation of certain officials in Riclnnond County; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA: SECTION 1. An Act establishing the compensation of certain officials in Riclnnond County, approved April 12, 1982 (Ga. L. 1982, p. 3941), as amended, particularly by an Act approved February 4,2002 (Ga. L. 2002, p. 3505), is amended by striking and reserving paragraphs (1), (5), (9), (10), (11), and (12) of subsection (a) of Section 1 and by inserting a new subsection at the end of Section 1 to read as follows: H(c)(l) Beginning May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2007, the following officials of Riclnnond County, Georgia, shall receive an annual salary, payable from the funds of Riclnnond County, Georgia, as follows: (A) Clerk of superior court and state court. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . L. 2002.
