SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH AUGUSTA REGIONAL AIRPORT
This Second Amendment made and entered into, to be effective August 28, 2019, by and
between Augusta Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, acting for and
through the Augusta Aviation Commission, hereinafter referred to as the "Aviation
Commission" and Hall Marketing, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Consultant".
WHEREAS, on August 28, 2014, the Parties entered into an agreement for Consultant to
provide advertising services, market research, to develop a comprehensive integrated
marketing strategy and to produce a multi-faceted advertising campaign to support the
mission of the Augusta Regional Airport(Airport); and
WHEREAS,the contract provided for a three year term with two (2) additional one
(1) year renewals upon the mutual consent of both parties; and
WHEREAS, the Commission has determined it is in the best interests of the
Airport and the flying public to renew the existing agreement for sixty additional days
under the same terms while they clarify fee submittals and evaluation tallies for proposals
received in response to a Request For Proposal to competitively procure the services of a
consultant to provide advertising services, market research, to develop a comprehensive
integrated marketing strategy ;and
WHEREAS, the Commission and the Consultant desire to, among other things,
enter into an Agreement for sixty additional days to ensure continuity of services
during the review and clarification process.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions
contained herein, the parties do hereby agree as follows:
1.TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Except as amended herein all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall
remain the same.

2.EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT TERM
The parties hereby agree to amend Article 2, Agreement Term, to extend the
Agreement by sixty days beginning on August 28, 2019 and ending on October 28, 2019.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Second Amendment
and Extension of the Agreement to be executed effective the date written
above.
