NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as surveyed. SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 50 sq. ft. , more or less; and N/A of permanent easement, more or less, and N/A sq. ft. of temporary construction easement, more or less, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by Cranston Engineering, dated May 16, 2019 , and revised N/A, attached hereto and made a part of this description.
