Any modifications to submittal dates shall be as identified in the attached proposal. This agreement in no way modifies or changes the original contract of which it becomes a part, except as specifically stated herein. NOW, THEREFORE, We, "ATC Associates", Consultant, hereby agree to said Supplemental Agreement consisting of the above mentioned items and prices, and agree that this Supplemental Agreement is hereby made a part of the original contract to be performed under the specifications thereof, and that the original contract is in full force and effect, except insofar as it might be modified by this Supplemental Agreement. This amount was conservatively estimated based on previous effort to complete ATC scope of services on unit rate basis, for an additional 9 months, targeting a completion date around February 2020, according to recent contractor expectations. ATC staff will be "On Call" in the event services are required and will continue to monitor and track quantities as well as provide testing services throughout the duration of the project. The above estimate may be more or less and will be based on contractor's construction schedule and logistics to complete the project. Fees will be applied in accordance with "On Call Field and Laboratory Testing for Soil, Construction Materials, Geotechnical Inspections and Investigations" contract 14-014(A), awarded November 18, 2014. Services required beyond the Scope of Work listed will result in additional costs in accordance with Contract 14-014(A). We have assumed a 5 day per week work schedule with no overtime. The actual cost for our services will be based on the enclosed unit fee schedule. The hourly rates are portal to portal. Overtime rates will be applicable for services performed outside normal working hours and billed in accordance with contracted unit rates. 3
