the owner(s)of a tract of land in Augusta, Georgia,which over,through,and across the above Project has been laid
out by Augusta-Richmond County Engineering Department,being more particularly described in a map and drawing
of said project in the Augusta Engineering Office,to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said land by the construction and maintenance of
said Project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged,I do hereby grant,sell and convey to Augusta,Georgia,a political subdivision of the State of Georgia,
a perpetual easement for the purpose and uses hereinafter set forth,over,through and across the following lands,to-
wit:
Said perpetual easement consists of 0.023 acre(988 sq.ft.),more or less,as shown on a plat of the property
prepared by Augusta-Richmond County Engineering Department, dated January 21, 2018 , revised March 27,
2018 , attached hereto and made by reference a part hereof for a more accurate and complete description of the
perpetual easement.
ALSO granted is a temporary construction easement consisting of 778 sq. ft. , more or less, as shown on
said plat, said temporary construction easement to expire at the completion and final acceptance of said Project by
Augusta,Georgia.
This easement is granted for the following purposes and uses,to-wit: construction and maintenance .
The easement herein granted shall bind the heirs and assigns of the undersigned.

Augusta Richmond County hereby grants Matthew D. Mills the right to connect an 8-inch plastic pipe for storm
water removal to a stub out located on the permanent easement being granted herein. Construction of, as well as
maintenance of, 24-inch pipe, stub out and junction box to perpetually be the responsibility of Augusta Richmond
County.

WITNESSETH that Christopher A.Cunningham and Emily C. Cunningham,the undersigned,is(are)the
owner(s)of a tract of land in Augusta,Georgia,which over,through,and across the above Project has been laid out
by Augusta-Richmond County Engineering Department , being more particularly described in a map and drawing
of said project in the Augusta Engineering Office,to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said land by the construction and maintenance of
said Project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged,I do hereby grant,sell and convey to Augusta,Georgia,a political subdivision of the State of Georgia,
a perpetual easement for the purpose and uses hereinafter set forth,over,through and across the following lands,to-
wit:
Said perpetual drainage and utility easement consists of 3,576 sq. ft. (0.082 acre) ,more or less,as shown
on a plat of the property prepared by Augusta-Richmond County Engineering Department,dated January 21,2018
,revised N/A,attached hereto and made by reference a part hereof for a more accurate and complete description of
the perpetual easement.
ALSO granted is a temporary construction easement consisting of 1,785 sq. ft. ,more or less,as shown on
said plat, said temporary construction easement to expire at the completion and final acceptance of said Project by
Augusta,Georgia.
This easement is granted for the following purposes and uses,to-wit: construction and maintenance .
The easement herein granted shall bind the heirs and assigns of the undersigned.
