Request a full clarification of the present operating hours for the Jamestown Community Center Park. Presently the park is not open daily. Example: this past Sunday the park access gate was locked all day; this has occurred numerous times since in the past three months, particularly on Fridays and weekends. The public expects the park to be open daily.
