It could save your life. Georgia’s Yellow Dot Program is a free program that may help save your life. When seconds count, make sure first responders have the information they need. Why should I participate in the Georgia Yellow Dot Program? Providing information on medical conditions, medications, or medical allergies will help medical professionals make the best decision about your emergency medical treatment. The Georgia Yellow Dot Program lets first responders know that you have completed a personal information form and where they can find it. How does it work? It’s as simple as filling out a form and placing a Yellow Dot decal on your vehicle or near the main entrance to your home. This decal will alert first responders that vital medical information is stored in the glove compartment of your vehicle, saddlebag of your motorcycle or on the refrigerator in your home. How Can I Participate? Visit one of our enrollment sites to pick up a packet for your home and for each vehicle you drive. Each person should use their own packet. A list of enrollment sites is available on the back of this flyer. Additional sites are being added all the time. For the most current list, visit http://aging.ga.gov/yellow-dot-program.
