Hardie Davis, Jr., Mayor; Lockett, Chairman; Frantom, Vice Chairman; Sias and Smith, members. PUBLIC SAFETY 1. Present a plan and timeline for the prison crew of Parks, Recreation, and Facilities to build the enclosure to house the Georgia Forestry Service's Fight Fighting Tractor/Bulldozer, with the Truck and Trailer attached. Also, provide information if this project is best done through the procurement process to meet the proper state specifications and timeline. This is a very time sensitive issue as we now have the opportunity to bring this very valuable fire fighting tool back to Richmond County. Failure to act properly may cause us to lose this opportunity forever.
