report to the Environmental Services Director as long as it is part
of ESD. (Requested by Commissioner Sammie Sias)
Background:The Keep Augusta Beautiful Program was approved by the
Commission on September 5, 2017.
Analysis:It is imperative that this new program receive every opportunity to
succeed. There is genuine concern that this program not be
impeded by bureaucracy.
