Background:Ceres met or exceeded all expectations within the specifications for RFP 14-189 Debris Removal for Augusta Fire/EMA. The Fire/EMA Department would like to contract with Ceres for debris removal services. Sams, Director Augusta Procurement Department 530 Greene Street - Room 605 Augusta, Georgia 30901 RFP documents may be viewed on the Augusta Georgia web site under the Procurement Department ARCbid. RFP documents may be obtained at the office of the Augusta, GA Procurement Department, 530 Greene Street – Room 605, Augusta, GA 30901. A Mandatory Pre Proposal/Telephone Conference will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 @ 3:00 p.m. in the Procurement Department, 530 Greene Street, Room 200 West All questions must be submitted in writing by fax to 706 821-2811 or by email to procbidandcontract@augustaga.gov to the office of the Procurement Department by Friday July 25, 2014 @ 5:00 P.M.
