Background:It is the desire of the Augusta Board of Commission to update and
improve the Animal Services provisions of the Code applicable to
the community. At the request of the Animal Services Staff and
the Animal Services Advisory Board, the Commission has been
asked to revise certain ordinances to address recent issues in
control, enforcement and prosecution which have arisen.
