Background:On October 26, 2021 Commissioner Brandon Garrett present a
request to the Engineering Services Committee to consider a
refund request in the amount of $2,170 for two parcels 5036 and
5044 Mike Padgett. The Commission in its regular meeting held
on11/2/21 voted to refer this matter to the Special Called
Meeting and that all supporting documentation related to this
matter be compliant with the law be included and the requestor
be bound by a return for four years.
Analysis:Both parcels reportedly opted out of Solid Waste Program in
2014.
Financial Impact:Seven years x $310= $2,170.00 each.
