(Tax Map 109-2 Parcel 43) Attachments Finance Committee Meeting 10/25/2010 1:05 PM Abatement of property taxes Boxing Club Department:Recreation and Parks Caption:Motion to approve the abatement of 2010 property taxes for Augusta Boxing Club. Background:The property at 1929 Walton Way is leased by the JLO Group to the Augusta Boxing Club for their headquarters facility. The JLO Group donates the building at no charge for lease payments to the club. Analysis:This donation provides a current home for the Boxing Club. Background:Detailed audit was performed on business assets including inventory and machinery. Owner overstated the assets.
