Approximately two years ago, Mr. Herman Jansen, of McGowen Printing Co., made an agreement with this office to begin paying his tax debt to the County. His offer was to pay $2,000 each montl?- toward the delinquent tax balance. This amount was not enough to properly amortize his debt, however, he indicated that this was a temporary arrangement to show good intent until he could either sell the property', or make some arrangements to otherwise payoff the debt to the county.
