bidders~ other\vise. the current vendor \vollld have the benefit of inforJl1ation not aV(lilable to
other potential bidders. Therefore. in 111Y opi nioll.. the sanle bid sheet as \vas uti I ized \vith the
1999 unifor111 and accessories bid should be utilized, a copy of sanle being attached hereto. I
also think that it \vould be appropriate to adci the follo\ving language, to \\rit: The bid \vill be
a\varded to the lo\vest bids n1eeting or exceeding the attached specification for the {Jnifornl
Section., the }\ccessories Section, or the c0111bined Unifornl and f\ccessories Sections.
