I PRESENT: Mr. Walter Hornsby, Chairman 9-1-1 Advisory Committee; Chief Mike Rogers, Augusta-Richmond County Fire Department; Chief James Lewis, Hephzibah Police Department; Chief Deputy Sid Hatfield, Richmond County Sheriffs Department; Marshall Steve Smith, Richmond County Marshall's Department; Mr. David Dugolenski, Emergency Management; Mr. Jim Wall, County Attorney ALSO PRESENT: Phillip Wasson, Interim Director 9-1-1. ABSENT: R. Oliver, Administrator; E. Doss, Rural Metro EMS; Sandy Wright, Risk Management. Discussion of Agenda Mr. Walter Hornsby explained the process required for interviewing applicants In Executive Session and entertained a motion for Executive Session. Mike Rogers: So move to adjourn into Executive Session to interview applicants. Chief Hornsby: Second I Motion carried unanimously. At the close of the executive session, the meeting was reopened to the public. Chief Hornsby: Motion to add to the agenda and authorize the Chairman, WaIter Hornsby, to execute the legal affidavit regarding the purpose of the Executive Session. Chief Lewis: Second. Motion carried unanimously. Chief Deputy Hatfield: I would make it a motion that the answers of the applicants during the interviews be accepted as information. Chief Lewis: Second. Motion carried unanimously. Chief Deputy Hatfield: I move to adjourn. I Chief Lewis: Second Motion carried unanimously. I ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
