Brigham, Shepard, Beard, Cheek, Commissioners; Jim Wall, Attorney; George Kolb, Administrator and Lena Bonner, Clerk of Commission. Mr. Wall: Some time back I brought in an issue about purchasing property for a fire station on Willis Foreman Road. The former fire chief had wanted to purchase that property at a purchase price of $60,000. The appraisal we had gotten informally from Sonny Reece indicated that that was too high. We have now had the property appraised and the appraised value for that property is $34,000. I would like some direction on this. It was the consensus of the Commission that Mr. Wall contact the property owner and go from there. ADJOtJRNMENT: There being no further business; themeeting-was"adjoumed. . Lena 1.
