Brigham, Colclough, Handy, Kuhlke, Mays, Powell and Shepard, members of Augusta Richmond County Commission. Also Present: Jim Wall, Attorney; Randy Oliver, Administrator and Lena Bonner, Clerk of Commission. Commissioners discussed the sale of the property on Reynolds Street owned by the Trustees of the 1949 Pension Plan. Mr. Wall stated that he had been approached by a developer who wished to purchase the property. It was the consensus of the group that the property should not be sold at this time, but if a sale was considered in the future, then the City may consider buying it for use as a property for a hotel or some similar project.
