Bailey for a Therapeutic Massage License to be used in connection with Augusta Center 4 Massage located at 211 Pleasant Home Rd. District 7. Super District 10. Ms. Bailey: Sharon K. Bailey, 3712 Wexford Place South, Martinez, Ga. Mr. Sherman: The License Department and Sheriff's Department have reviewed the application and it meets the requirements and we recommend that it be approved. ,Mr. Hankerson asked that consideration be given to possibly raising the fees. Mr. Sherman: The License Department and Sheriff's Department have reviewed the application and recommend that it be approved. There are no objectors. Ms. Sims: I so move. Mr. Hankerson: Second. Motion adopted unanimously. 10. Discussion: A request by Jay R. Jahn for a Sunday sales license to be used in connection with Tailwinds Lounge & Cafe located at 1543 Aviation Way. District 1. Super District 9. I Mr. Sherman: Mr. Jahn is not present. He is asking for Sunday sales for the Tailwinds LoWlge at the airport. The License Department and Sheriff's Department have reviewed the application and recommend that it be approved. There are no objectors. Ms. Sims: I so move. Mr. Hankerson: Second. Discussion: A request by Jennifer Gillespie for a Therapeutic Massage & Operators license to be used in connection with Jennifer Gillespie at Skin Essential & More located at 1019 Beverly Heights Drive. District 7. Super District 10. Ms. Gillespie: Jennifer Gillespie, 882 Windmill Lane, Evans, Ga. Mr. Sherman: The License Department and Sheriff's Department have reviewed the application and recommend that it be approved. There are no objectors. Ms. Sims: So move. Motion to approve accepting McKnight Construction as the lowest bid for the terminal construction project at a base bid of $25,254,575 with Additive Alternate No.1 - $296,639 and Additive Alternate No.2 - $371,859. Ms. Sims: So move. Mr. Hankerson: Second. After a discussion, the motion was adopted unanimously. 13. Motion to approve renewal of the lease with McAir Aviation Services, Inc. for hangar office space and aircraft storage on the ramp. Mr. Boshears: This is for the renewal of their lease for five more years. Ms. Sims: A motion to approve. Mr. Hankerson: Second. Motion adopted unanimously. 14. Motion to approve renewal of the Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) Contract. Mr. Hankerson: So move. Ms. Sims: Second. Motion adopted unanimously. 15. Accept the low bid of $198,828.90 from Beams Contracting for the Daniel Field Airport Improvement Project Ms. Sims: A motion to approve. Mr. Hankerson: Second. Motion adopted Wlanimously. 16.
