MEDIA: D. Bends, Channel 12; H. Coryell, Augusta Chronicle; S. Eidson, Metro Spirit.
Discussion: Consider a request by Chong Kim & Tom Ryan for a massage therapist
license to be used in connection with Our Place, L.L.P. located at 3319 Washington
Road. District 7. Super District 10.
Mr. Mays: So move.
Mr. Kuhlke: Second.
Motion carried unanimously.
Discuss park improvements - Doughty Park, Apple Valley, Savannah Place and
Jones Pool. (Requested by Commissioner Williams)

After a brief discussion,
Mr. Kuhlke: I move we receive this as information.
Mr. Brigham: Second.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion to approve concrete deck work at Jones Pool for $23,151.65 to Augusta Wall
& Concrete.
Mr. Kuhlke: I move we hold this until the next meeting and include a
financial tabulation on Phase III.
Mr. Brigham: Second.
, Motion carried unanimously.
Approve the maintenance in lieu of rent agreement between Augusta Richmond
County and DHR, Department of Family and Children Services.
Mr. Brigham: So move.

Motion carried unanimously.

Approve Mr. Dickey Boardman as Commissioner Kuhlke's District (Super District
10) 'Consumer Member' appointee to the Construction Advisory Board.
Mr. Mays: So move.
Mr. Brigham: Second.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion to approve an operational agreement with Summerville Neighborhood
Association to operate the Hickman Park Recreation Center.
Mr. Kuhlke: So move.
Mr. Brigham: Second.
Motion carried unanimously.
Discuss the boat ramp at New Savannah Bluff Lock and Dam Park.
Mr. Brigham: I move that we have the Administrator and Recreation
Director to come back with a recommendation at the next meeting.
