Williams, Chairman; Boyles, Co-Chairman; Shepard and Beard, members; Jim Wall, Attorney; George Kolb, Administrator; Fred Russell, Deputy Administrator; Tameka Allen, IT Director; Lena Bonner, Clerk of Co=ission. ABSENT: Hon. Bob Young, Mayor. Also Present: Hons. Hankerson, Bridges and Colclough, Co=issioners. 1. Approve purchase of equipment and implementation of VOIP technology in Tax Commissioner and Tag Offices. Mr. Beard: I move for approval. Mr. Shepard: Second. Motion adopted unanimously. 2. Approve the replacement of obsolete computer equipment (laptops, computers, printers) and purchase the required computer software upgrades. I Mr. Beard: I move for approval. Mr. Shepard: Second. Motion adopted unanimously. 3. Award bid item #03-051 to IntelliSystems, subject to final contract approval from the County Attorney and Information Technology Director. Mr. Shepard: J move approval. Mr. Beard: Second. Motion adopted with the Chairman voting No. 4. Approve contract with Identix, Ine. in an amount not to exceed $67,644.00 regarding the purchase, installation and software cllstomization of an upgrade and Installation of the Live Scan Fingerprinting System in the Augusta Richmond County Jail of its existing fingerprinting system. Funding is provided in existing funds within the Sheriff's Department. .1 Mr. Shepard: I move approval. nWID Mr. Boyles: Second. I Motion adopted unanimously.
