Commissioners B. Hankerson, R. Colclough, W. Mays, U. Bridges, G. Kolb,
Administrator, F. Russell, Deputy Administrator, J. Wall, Attorney, L. Bonner, Clerk of
Commission.
ABSENT: L. Beard, member.
MEDIA: S. Eidson, Metro Spirit, H. Williams, Augusta Chronicle.
1. Approval of Indigent Defense Grant for 2003 fnnds.
Mr. Shepard: So move for approval.
Mr. Boyles: Second.
Motion carries unanimously.

Motion to approve subject to approval by the Administrator and Attorney:
(1) Lease Agreement between Augusta Neighborhood Improvement
Corporation and Augusta for 2,000 net rentable square feet for the Fire
Department's Administrative offices in the ANIC office building at 925
Laney Walker Boulevard for a term of one (1) year at a rental price of
$15.00 per square foot; and
(2) Lease Agreement between Augusta Neighborhood Improvement
Corporation and Augusta for 4,000 square feet for the Housing and
Neighborhood Development Department for a rental term of three (3)
years at a rental rate of $15.00 per square foot with the 3% annual
increases for each year ofthe lease.

It was the consensus of the Committee to delete this item because it was
addressed in Administra tive Services.
3. Updates for key Information Technology (IT) Projects.
Mr. Shepard: So move we receive this as information.
Mr. Boyles: Second.
Motion carries unanimously.
