Hornsby, Deputy Administrator, J. Wall, Attorney, 1. Bonner, Clerk of Commission.
ALSO PRESENT: S. Cooper, Augusta Chronicle, S. Eidson, Metro Spirit.
Approved proposed changes to GIS pricing schedule.
Mr. Shepard: So move for approval.
Mr. Brigham: Second.
Motion carried unanimously.
Approval of purchase of services subcontracts between Augusta Richmond County,
Caffee Wright and Darren 5cheyer to provide counseling services to juvenile
offenders.

Motion carried unanimously.
Approve Change Order #8 in the amount of $7,707 and Change Order #9 in the
amount of$3,288 to the contract for Lock replacement at the JLEC on 401 Walton
Way.
Mr. Shepard: 50 move for approval.
Mr. Brigham: Second.
Motion carried unanimously.
Presentation of information on aerial equipment innovations.
Chief Few: What we would like to present to you today is a brief video on an
aerial truck that we've been looking at. This particular truck is called the All Steer and
there is only one vendor that makes this truck. The All Steer actually eliminates a person
from driving the rear.

Motion carried unanimously.
