Oliver, Administrator; J. Wall, Attorney; W. Hornsby, Deputy Administrator; R. Few, Fire Chief; C. Rushton, IT Director; B. Dean, Juvenile Court; 1. Bonner, Clerk of Commission. ABSENT: B. Young, Mayor. ALSO PRESENT: S. Cooper, Augusta Chronicle; S. Eidson, Metro Spirit. Clerk: Mr. Chairman we have a request to add one item: Request for approval of Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant (JAIBG) Application for Richmond County Juvenile Court. Mr. Shepard: So move that it be added. Mr. Mays: Second. I Motion carried unanimously. A request to approve Information Technology Policies and Procedures Manuals. Mr. Rushton: The Information Technology Department has previously operated under verbal polices and procedures, this will give us written documentation to provide to all users. Mr. Oliver: We will put the books in a binder so that it can be updated, therefore we won't have to spend money to have this printed. Mr. Kuhlke: So move. Mr. Shepard: Second. Motion carried unanimously. I A request to approve the purchase ofQBIC III Systems Work Order Software to automate the recording, assignment of resources and accountability involved in processing work orders and inventory usage at Purchasing, Public Works, Utilities and Bush Field Airport. Mr. Shepard: So move. Mr. Mays: Second. I Motion carried unanimously. A request to approve Emergency and Disaster Mutual Aid Agreement between Augusta/Richmond County and Georgia Emergency Management Agency Area Three. Mr. Shepard: I move approval of the agreement Mr. Chairman. Mr. Mays: Second. Motion carried unanimously. A request for approval of Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant (JAlBG) Application for Richmond County Juvenile Court. Mr. Shepard: I move the grant be approved Mr. Chairman.
