I Mr. Wall: This is being brought to you for informational purposes since it will affect future budget requests from the Board of Health. The Health Department needs more space and will have the opportunity to acquire property that adjoins their facilities on North Leg. The owner is willing to enter into a financing arrangement and we can utilize the Public Facilities Corp. for that purpose. The only impact will be about $500 a month increase in the budget that the Board of Health will submit, roughly $6,000, and put everything in one location. Mr. Bridges: I move that we approve moving forward through the Public Facilities Corporation. I Mr. Hankerson: Second. Motion adopted unanimously. 5. The Chairman asked if the Authority would consider looking at increasing the locking fees and Dr. Nechtman said that they would be considering that.
