I. Approve changing salary grade from grade 43 to grade 48 for the position of
Community Training Coordinator in the Fire Department.
2. Report from the Deputy Administrator regarding forms used in connection with
prior employee evaluations. (Referred from January 13 Administrative Services)
3. Approve Disability Retirement of Mr. Eddie Green under the 1949 Pension Plan.
4. Approve the creation and classification of a Safety Officer for the Public Works
and Engineering Department and approve funding for the position.
5. Motion to approve a request from Fleet Management for the reclassification of the
Accounting Technician III position to Administrative Assistant 1.
6. Approve the change for the Coordinator - Panel Review position from a part time
to a full time status in the Department of Family & Children Services.
7.
Approve an Ordinance providing for the demolition of certain unsafe and
uninhabitable properties in the Bethlehem Neighborhood: 1762 Martin Luther
King Boulevard, 1604 Twelfth Street, (District 2, Super District 9); Hartisburg
Neighborhood: 1928 Greene Street, (District I, Super District 9); East Augusta
Neighborhood: 126 Pollard Drive, (District I, Super District 9); Turpin Hill
Neighborhood: 1705 Meadow Street, (District 2, Super District 9); and waive 2nd
reading.

8. Approve increasing employer provided life insurance benefit to $50,000 per
employee.
9. Discussion of the proposed Fire Administration Offices - ANIC Office Building.

10. Approve the reclassifications and additional personnel for the Information
Technology Department.
