Mr. Bridges: This issue was brought up to me by a person who bid on this. He
was concerned that the people who got it were past the 30 days and the demolition still
wasn't completed. Rob is working on this and has come up with some standards to go on
the application forms for bids that people would have to meet as far as their commitment I
and I think that will take care of most of the concerns that were raised. I think the issue is
pretty well cleared right now.
Mr. Shepard: I move we receive it as information.
Mr. Beard: Second.
Motion adopted unanimously.
Mr. Beard: I would like to have some information from the Director ofHND at
the next Committee meeting. I would like a report on everythir.g that exists over there as
far as the various programs and break it down by funding for 1998, the expenditures and
the balance that is left over.
Mr. Oliver: I'll convey that to him.
