Ladies or Gentlemen:
The Rental Agreement, dated 08/18/95 by and between the Department of Driver Services
and Richmond County for use by Customer Service Center #51 division Customer Service L & R
of 4,171 square feet of office space located at 3423 Mike Padgett Highway Augusta, GA 30916 will
expire on June 30, 2010
Article IV of said rental agreement granted to Tenant the option to extend its occupancy on a
year to year basis for 19 consecutive years. Pursuant to this Article, the Department of Driver
Services desires to exercise this option, therefore continuing its occupancy for a 12 -month period
beginning July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2011 under the same terms, conditions, covenants,
agreements, and provisions, stipulations of said rental agreement and at the yearly rental rate of
1.00.
